CAROLINE GALVEZ

Executive Director of Legal Business and Institutional Relations

Lawyer with specialization in Tax Law. She has worked in the judicial-assets market since 2010, with a solid track record in strategic legal practice, new-business structuring, and legal leadership. She was a member of the Special Precatórios Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association Federal Council (OAB) and of the Precatórios Studies Committee at IASP. She is recognized for institutional articulation and technical execution in complex transactions.

LEONARD DA ROSA

Executive Director of Financial Business and Technology

Leonard holds a Marketing degree from Anhembi Morumbi and two MBAs, including an Executive MBA in Finance from Insper and an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management from PUCRS. Since 2021, he has led technology and judicial-asset management businesses, combining financial intelligence, governance, and disciplined execution for high-impact decisions.

GABRIELA VALENCIO

Director of Legal Operations

Legal executive with over 18 years of experience, specialized at the intersection of Public Law and capital markets, with a core focus on judicial assets (precatórios). She started in strategic litigation for public servants and progressed to leading complex credit-assignment structures. She now leads legal structuring, due diligence, and precatório portfolio management for FIDCs and banking institutions, focusing on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and investment execution.
