CAROLINE GALVEZ

Executive Director of Legal Business and Institutional Relations

Attorney specialized in Tax Law. Active in Brazil's judicial-assets market since 2010, she has a strong track record in strategic legal practice, new-business structuring, and legal leadership. She served on the Special Precatórios Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association's Federal Council (OAB) and on IASP's Precatórios Studies Committee. She is recognized for institutional coordination and technical execution in complex transactions.

LEONARD DA ROSA

Executive Director of Financial Business & Technology

He leads initiatives across finance, technology, and legal operations, with a focus on proprietary systems, AI, and workflow automation for judicial asset management. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Insper.

GABRIELA VALENCIO

Director of Legal Operations

Legal executive with over 18 years of experience at the intersection of Public Law and capital markets, with a core focus on judicial assets (precatórios). She started in strategic litigation for public servants and moved on to lead complex credit-assignment structures. She now leads legal structuring, due diligence, and precatório portfolio management for FIDCs and banking institutions, with focus on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and investment execution.
